Go Getter

"Susan is the definition of a go getter. She went above and beyond every time I needed a question answered or if I needed more information on something to make me feel at ease as a buyer. 

Anytime I reached out she responded in such a quick fashion that it made me feel comfortable right away. I needed some last minute inspections and paperwork and I surely thought it would take 3-4 days, because normally it does from my previous experiences but Susan had same day turn around for most of my needs. 

If I needed to get a hold of somebody and I didn’t have time or the means, guess who was the first one to call and get things sorted out? That’s right, Susan was. She wouldn’t even let me know about half the things she took care of behind the curtain because she didn’t want me as the buyer to stress since I have so much on my plate already. Instead she would just tell me when it was done and let me reiterate the timeliness and swiftness of her actions, the efficiency and productivity and efficiency was amazing and out of this world. 

She was so attentive to my unique concerns and questions that at no point did I lose faith through my home buying process. She was with me every step of the way and had a clear and concise plan for everything we did and every obstacle that presented itself planned or unplanned.
