Dirk is an experienced real estate investor and broker in the Dallas and Fort Worth area since 2009. Dirk is the owner and managing broker for American Realty, a real estate firm that has been in the family for 30 years.

After graduating from a top-rated university with a Bachelors of Math and Computer Sciences, Dirk held executive positions in information technology and consulting. As the first president of SAP Canada, Dirk managed a large global organization and repeatedly won awards for top sales. He has worked with some of the largest information services and computer firms in North America.

In real estate sales, Dirk has won multiple awards, including top 10% in RE/MAX in all of Texas, Hall of Fame for over $1M sales commissions, and multiple awards for highest sales and listings. Dirk received the 2014 Business of the Year Award.

Susan is an experienced real estate investor and has been a real estate agent since 2010.

Susan’s family has been in the real estate business for decades. Her husband, father, mother and sister have been real estate agents, and their real estate involvement goes back 40 years.

Susan holds the certification of Professional Project Manager (PMP). She is also a Past President of the PMI Dallas Chapter of project managers, a 4,200 member organization in Dallas.
